Our Strategy

Want to get connected to New Community? We have several ways for you to get involved. These steps will guide you on the path to getting to know more about us and developing relationships with others at our church.

1-2-01
Come to the lobby between the worship services on Sunday morning from 10 - 10:30 am to meet some of our members, learn more about the church and discover what ministires exist at New Community.

2-2-01
If you want to know more about New Community and start meeting others, then you should come to a Newcomer Night! These are a great way to meeting New Community staff, elders and members and get any questions that you might have answered over a great meal together. We offer Newcomer Nights once every quarter. Sign up for the next Newcomer Night here.

3-2-01
If you're looking for a way to build community, come to The Bridge - an informal small group made up of new folks as well as long time attenders and members. The group is designed to teach basic principles of studying and applying the scriptures; plus, it is a great way to discuss what you are learning and to begin building friendships. The Bridge meets in the Classroom A on Sundays at 9 am.

4-2-01
If you are interested in joining New Community Church, sign up for the membership class taught several times throughout the year. This class is to help you understand the importance of church membership and to learn how you can begin using your gifts to serve the rest of the body of Christ.

5-2-01
Because we believe that membership is a New Testament expectation for every Christian, we encourage everyone who has done each step to become a member at New Community. We trust that you know what we are all about at this point and that you are ready to function as one of the members of this body of Christ. Be sure to fill out a Membership Application and set up a meeting with the elders by contacting the office. Welcome to New Community!
