Ascend Students, please join us on Saturday, December 4th as we participate in our third annual Ascend Broomball Tournament. We will be playing Broomball at the Pacific Ice Rink in Pacific, MO. We will meet at the church at 6:30 pm and carpool together down to the ice rink. We will have an ugly Christmas Sweater Contest with a prize for the winner! 

Make sure to bring a helmet (of any kind - could be a bike helmet). The cost is $15/ person due upon arrival. Please be sure to sign up online by December 1st so that we can finalize carpool details and Broomball equipment. We will arrive back at the church around 10:30 pm. Please complete this permission slip, if you have not done so already, and turn it in at Ascend prior to the event. We cannot take you to the event without it.
